[ten] In 1621 the town was besieged from the Bavarians led by Tilly and just after massive bombardment the town was forced to surrender plus the Saxons experienced to leave. The town was then punished for disobedience by comprehensive repressive actions. This case recurred once more in 1631 once the burghers allowed the Saxons to enter and conquere
